Hygiene is no chore for us, it is a natural feature.
Optimised hygienic conditions as well as a merging cooling chain from the in-coming goods department to customer delivery optimise the quality standard.



Quality control
A HACCP concept, which is geared to prevention, is applied permanently to control the quality and freshness of our products through our QM commissioner as well as independent inspectors. Regular in-house and external micro-biological examinations guarantee the safety of your and our production.


Origin
In order to meet the obligation of proof on the origin of the meat, P&M operates an air-tight EDP-assisted proof of origin process.
By means of our fourteen-digit batch number, we can not only determine the origin of the animals, but also the group of customers who have been supplied from this batch. This procedure gives safety and produces trust.
