Smooth order handling by means of EDP-assisted production line

From the in-coming raw products to the ready-to-deliver product, all processes are subject to a permanent computer-controlled quality control.
In-coming goods
During the delivery already, qualified staff members subject the fresh meat to a strict inspection determining the pH value, temperature, hygiene, cut, which is followed by meticulous sorting according to meat quality.
The in-coming goods inspection is especially important in our company. We produce good products from good raw material only.
Cutting process
Daily-fresh cattle and pigs are cut in different areas in a two-shift system. In order to ensure a long storage life of our products, we apply high hygienic standards during the cutting processes. As a medium-sized company we are able to meet customer requests at short notice as well.

Packaging
We use high-quality shrink bag to pack the beef. This process supports the ripening, guarantees a better appearance and prolongs the storage life. A food-safe label is placed in the bag with the proof of origin.
Pork is packed in a sachet as usual.
Storage
In our storage house, we operate a "first in, first out" system. Nonetheless, you as customer can request to receive very fresh or rather ripened products as you want. Depending on availability, we will be pleased to fulfil your request.
 Transport
Depending on the region in Europe, in which you are located, we will be pleased to supply you with our own fleet. In the references you can check whether we supply customers in your vicinity already.
Otherwise, we have been co-operating with forwarding agents for many years already, which reliably deliver the goods you have ordered.
